Golf Course Policies
Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire is required on the golf courses, driving range, and practice areas. For men, attire includes tucked collared shirts with sleeves, mock turtlenecks, slacks, and Bermuda shorts. For women, attire includes dresses, skirts/skorts, slacks, golf shorts, and golf shirts (collared or collar-less, with sleeves or sleeveless). Prohibited items include tee shirts, bathing suits, cut-offs, denim/jeans of any color, tank tops, halter tops, and short athletic shorts. Shoes must be soft spike golf shoes, golf sandals, or flat-soled tennis/golf shoes; hard spikes are not permitted. The Pro Shop and on-course personnel are available for questions.
Driving Range: Rental guests with a scheduled tee time may warm up on the driving range no more than one hour prior to their tee time. Use of the range beyond this period will be considered extended use and will be subject to the applicable daily range fee.
Check-In: Guests must register with the Pro Shop and starter at least ten minutes prior to their tee time and scan their amenity card before play. All play begins from the first tee unless directed otherwise by Golf Professional Staff.
Pace of Play: Rounds should be completed in four hours or less for eighteen holes. Groups that fall more than one clear hole behind must allow others to play through or move forward to maintain position. Golf Rangers are empowered to enforce pace of play.
Clubs: Each player must have their own set of golf clubs.
Use of Cell Phones: Cell phones must be on silent or vibrate at all times. Texting, email, internet use, and brief essential calls are permitted if they do not delay or disrupt play. Extended calls are not allowed.
Music: Music is permitted if it does not disrupt others and is kept at a volume audible only within the group. Players should obtain consent from playing partners before playing music. On practice facilities, music must be used with earbuds or similar devices.
Golf Carts: Operators must be at least sixteen years old with a valid driver’s license. Golf carts are limited to two golfers and two sets of clubs and may not be used off the course. Use is at the operator’s risk, and they are responsible for any damage or injury caused. All accidents must be reported immediately to the Pro Shop. Golf carts must remain in designated areas, paths, and crossings, and may not be driven on private property, landscaping, public roads (unless designated), practice ranges, parking lots, or clubhouse areas without approval. Carts must stay on paths around tees and greens, within seventy-five yards of greens, and during “cart path only” conditions. Those with a blue handicap flag may approach within twenty yards of greens or bunkers while following tee path rules.
Rain Check Policy: If play is stopped due to weather, 1 – 9 holes played will be charged as nine holes, and 10 – 18 eighteen holes played will be charged as eighteen holes.
